Diane brings two decades of leadership in banking and business operations, with a focus on culture, compliance, and scalable growth. Her experience spans startup banks, community institutions, and multi-branch organizations—where she’s known for connecting people and processes to drive meaningful results.  She studied Finance at Michigan State University and has led transformative initiatives in HR, lending, compliance, and operational efficiency.
